We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted delivery partners. For remote or unserviceable areas, we offer postal or alternate options wherever possible.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 2/3 Cities & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days
• Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen conditions like weather or local restrictions.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599.
• Flat ₹49 shipping fee for orders below ₹599.
• COD orders, if available, may attract additional charges.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can monitor your package in real-time using this tracking ID.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact our support within 48 hours. We'll coordinate with the courier partner and resolve the issue.

We pack all items with care using sustainable and protective materials. Fragile products are bubble-wrapped to ensure safe transit.
