We currently operate on a 100% prepaid model. COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available to ensure hygiene, security, and prompt shipping.

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant and SSL-encrypted gateways. Botani Bestie does not store your card or banking credentials.

• Successful transactions generate an email and SMS with your order confirmation.
• If payment is deducted but fails, your bank will typically auto-refund within 5–7 working days.

• Prices on our website are inclusive of all applicable GST.
• A digital invoice is automatically sent to your registered email upon order placement.

In case of failure, please retry after checking your network or switch to a different payment mode. You can also reach out to your bank for clarification.
