Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI & QR Code: Instant payment via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, American Express.
- Net Banking: Enabled for major Indian banks.
- Wallets: Supported wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, Mobikwik.
2. Prepaid-Only Model
We currently operate on a 100% prepaid model. COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available to ensure hygiene, security, and prompt shipping.
3. Secure Transactions
All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant and SSL-encrypted gateways. Botani Bestie does not store your card or banking credentials.
4. Payment Confirmation
- Successful transactions generate an email and SMS with your order confirmation.
- If payment is deducted but fails, your bank will typically auto-refund within 5–7 working days.
5. GST & Invoicing
- Prices on our website are inclusive of all applicable GST.
- A digital invoice is automatically sent to your registered email upon order placement.
6. Failed Transactions
In case of failure, please retry after checking your network or switch to a different payment mode. You can also reach out to your bank for clarification.
7. Refunds on Payment
