Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Only unused, unopened, and undamaged items in original packaging are eligible.
- Items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email us at support@botanibestie.com with the following details:
- Your Order ID
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Clear images of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will guide you through the return steps. Only approved returns should be shipped back.
3. Refund Process
- Once your returned product is received and verified, we’ll notify you about the refund approval status.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In case of wrong or damaged product delivery, please reach out within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund as per your preference.
5. Non-Returnable Products
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Free samples, trial packs, or promotional gifts
- Products bought during clearance or combo offers
