Return & Refund Policy

• Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Only unused, unopened, and undamaged items in original packaging are eligible.
• Items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage will not be accepted.

To start the return process, please email us at support@botanibestie.com with the following details:

• Your Order ID
• Product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Clear images of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will guide you through the return steps. Only approved returns should be shipped back.

• Once your returned product is received and verified, we'll notify you about the refund approval status.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

In case of wrong or damaged product delivery, please reach out within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund as per your preference.

• Opened, used, or tampered products
