Order Cancellation Window
⏱️ You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, or before dispatch — whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is eligible for cancellation and payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Non-Cancellable Items
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
- Orders already shipped or in transit
- Customized or bundled kits

Partial Cancellations
Partial cancellations (cancelling individual products from combo offers) are not supported at this time.
